Vision Statement

On-Target Grinding and Manufacturing, Inc. will have all production equipment functioning under a common networked operating platform by 2010. We will have several custom built CNC machines that will reduce labor content and improve quality, delivery and safety. Our entrepreneurship program will reward those employees who strive to take responsibility for profitability of work centers.  By 2010 our community outreach program will be sponsoring machinist training for disadvantaged youth.
